Kubernetes is an open-source automated, scaling and deploying tool for containerized applications. One of the most used Kubernetes terms is Pods.

Pods are simply containers. In similar terms, pods work the same as containers. Kubernetes works with Docker or any other Containerized Application Tool. The main difference between pods and containers is that a pod can run a container by itself. Pod can be used to manage multiple Containers or even overthrow some Container Commands.
